The invention relates to a road traffic lighting evaluation system and method based on vehicle driving analog simulation, and the system comprises a road traffic simulation subsystem, an evaluation subsystem, a driving simulation subsystem, and an eye movement and physiological information collection subsystem, the road traffic simulation subsystem is connected with the evaluation subsystem and the driving simulation subsystem, and the evaluation subsystem is connected with the eye movement and physiological information collection subsystem. And the evaluation subsystem is connected with the eye movement and physiological information acquisition subsystem. According to the invention, quantitative and visual comparison, selection and evaluation can be carried out on road lighting design, operation control is optimized through the road lighting simulation model, energy conservation and environmental protection are realized, and carbon emission is reduced.
