The invention aims to solve the problems of poor rotor transfer stability and low transfer rate at present, and particularly relates to an aero-engine rotor blade high-speed grinding automatic transfer device which comprises a master control center, a bearing mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a suspension mechanism and a clamping platform, and the clamping mechanism is movably arranged on the bearing mechanism through the suspension mechanism; the suspension mechanism comprises a first horizontal moving assembly, a second horizontal moving assembly and a lifting assembly arranged at the bottom of the second horizontal moving assembly. The clamping mechanism is used for taking and placing a rotor shaft and taking and placing an assembled rotor; in the working state, the general control center drives the clamping mechanism to move to the position over a preset position by controlling the first horizontal moving assembly and the second horizontal moving assembly, and precise taking and placing of a rotor are achieved by controlling the lifting assembly. Accurate clamping and stable transfer of the rotor can be guaranteed, suspension type air transfer is achieved, collision, scratch and movement are avoided, safe transfer of the rotor is achieved, the automation degree is high, and the transfer efficiency is high.

    本申请旨在解决目前转子转运稳定性差、转运速率低的问题,具体涉及一种航空发动机转子叶片高速磨削自动化转运装置,包括总控中心、承载机构、夹持机构、悬吊机构和装夹平台,夹持机构通过悬吊机构可移动地装设于承载机构;悬吊机构包括第一水平移动组件、第二水平移动组件和装设于第二水平移动组件底部的升降组件;夹持机构用于转子轴的取放以及装配后转子的取放;在工作状态下,总控中心通过控制第一水平移动组件、第二水平移动组件带动夹持机构移动至预设位置的正上方,通过控制升降组件实现对转子的精准取放;本申请可保证转子的精准夹取以及稳定转运,悬吊式的空中转运,无磕碰、无划伤、无窜动,实现转子的安全转运,自动化程度高,转运效率高。
