The invention discloses an energy-saving elevator control system which comprises an energy-saving module, a frequency conversion module and an elevator body, the energy-saving module is electrically connected with the frequency conversion module, and the frequency conversion module is connected with a power grid and the elevator body. The energy-saving module comprises a super capacitor, a bidirectional DC/DC converter, a main controller and an EPS power supply, the super capacitor is bidirectionally and electrically connected with the bidirectional DC/DC converter, the bidirectional DC/DC converter is bidirectionally and electrically connected with the main controller, the main controller is bidirectionally and electrically connected with the EPS power supply, and the bidirectional DC/DC converter is bidirectionally and electrically connected with the frequency conversion module. According to the energy-saving elevator control system disclosed by the invention, the energy-saving module is additionally arranged, so that the energy consumption of elevator operation is effectively reduced. When the elevator is in a braking state, a heavy-load descending state and a light-load ascending state, the traction machine can generate electric energy, and the electric energy generated by the traction machine is transmitted to the super capacitor through the inverter, the direct-current bus and the bidirectional DC/DC converter to be stored.

    本发明公开了一种节能电梯控制系统,该节能电梯控制系统包括:节能模块、变频模块以及电梯主体,其中,节能模块与变频模块电连接,变频模块分别连接电网以及电梯主体。节能模块包括超级电容、双向DC/DC变换器、主控制器以及EPS电源,其中,超级电容与双向DC/DC变换器双向电连接,双向DC/DC变换器与主控制器双向电连接,主控制器与EPS电源双向电连接,双向DC/DC变换器与变频模块双向电连接。本发明所揭示的节能电梯控制系统通过增设节能模块,从而有效降低电梯运行的能耗。当电梯处于制动刹车、重载下行以及轻载上行时,曳引机会产生电能,曳引机所产生的电能通过逆变器、直流母线以及双向DC/DC变换器传输至超级电容进行蓄电。
