The vertical take-off and landing aircraft with the foldable wings comprises a lift module, a control platform, a power module, a propelling device and the foldable wings, and is characterized in that the lift module is composed of 4-40 propellers, the propellers are driven by an electric motor to rotate so as to generate lift force, the control platform is composed of a core control unit, and the core control unit is connected with the power module. The electric motor can be adjusted through the electronic speed regulator, the flight attitude and speed of the aircraft can be adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of propellers of the lift force module, the power module is composed of a battery or an internal combustion engine, the propelling device is composed of one to four propellers driven by the electric motor, and the folding wings provide lift force for high-speed flight.
