The invention relates to an integrated driving charging device and a vehicle, the integrated driving charging device comprises a low-frequency bridge arm, a bidirectional DC-DC module, a first switch module, a first inductance module and a controller, the bidirectional DC-DC module comprises a first conversion circuit, a common transformer, a second conversion circuit and a third conversion circuit, and the controller is configured to determine that the third conversion circuit fails when determining that the third conversion circuit fails. Under the condition that the third conversion circuit fails and the storage battery is in a power supply state, the first end of the first switch module is controlled to be connected with the second end of the first switch module, so that the second conversion circuit, the common transformer, the first conversion circuit, the low-frequency bridge arm and the first inductance module form a redundant power supply circuit to supply power to the storage battery. Under the condition that the storage battery is in the power supply state, a redundant power supply circuit is formed, the reliability of low-voltage load power supply in the vehicle can be effectively improved, the reliability of the whole vehicle can be improved, and therefore the experience of a vehicle user can be effectively improved.
