The invention discloses an integral hoisting method for large-diameter variable-circular-section reinforcing steel bar segments, which comprises the following steps: by utilizing an adjustable disc-shaped hoisting tool and reasonably utilizing the shape and deformation characteristics of the large-diameter variable-circular-section reinforcing steel bar segments, firstly connecting main reinforcing steel bars of arc sections with smaller deformation, unloading most of stress of a main hoisting hook, recovering the reinforcing steel bar segments to form, and hoisting the reinforcing steel bar segments to form the large-diameter variable-circular-section reinforcing steel bar segments to form the large-diameter variable-circular-section reinforcing steel bar segments. By means of the mode, other deformation measures for reducing integral hoisting of the steel bar sections, such as measures for increasing the integral hoisting weight by increasing a reinforcing ring or increasing the rigidity of a stiff framework, do not need to be taken additionally, materials are saved, and the steel bar connecting speed is increased.
本申请公开一种大直径变圆截面钢筋节段钢筋整体吊装方法,利用了可调节的盘状吊具,并且合理利用了大直径变圆截面钢筋节段形状和变形特点,先连接变形较小圆弧段主筋连接后,卸载主吊钩大部分受力之后,让钢筋节段恢复形态,再进行直线段变形较大处主筋连接,通过这种方式,无需另外采取其余减小钢筋节段整体吊装的变形措施,如增加加强圈或加大劲性骨架的刚度等增加整体吊装重量的措施,节约材料且加快钢筋连接速度。
