本发明公开了一种电动汽车电池包冷却系统,包括电池包(1)、液冷板(2)、可调速水泵(3)、三通阀(4)、冷却器(5)、第二膨胀阀(6)、蒸发器(7)、可调速压缩机(8)、第一膨胀阀(9)、冷凝器(10)、风扇(11)、散热器(12)、温度采集模块(13)和控制器(14),本发明还公开了一种电动汽车电池包冷却系统的冷却控制方法,电池包工作期间,风扇(11)一直保持运行状态,每隔固定的时间间隔Δt,通过控制器(14)得到温度采集模块(13)中各传感器温度点位采集得到的温度平均值T并对三通阀(4)的导通状态、可调速水泵(3)的转速M以及可调速压缩机(8)的转速N进行控制,所述冷却系统结构简单、运行可靠,相应的控制方法环境和工况适应性好、可靠性高、节能效果显著。

    The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery pack cooling system which comprises a battery pack (1), a liquid cooling plate (2), a speed-adjustable water pump (3), a three-way valve (4), a cooler (5), a second expansion valve (6), an evaporator (7), a speed-adjustable compressor (8), a first expansion valve (9), a condenser (10), a fan (11), a radiator (12), a temperature acquisition module (13) and a controller (14). The invention further discloses a cooling control method of the electric vehicle battery pack cooling system, during the working period of the battery pack, the fan (11) is always kept in a running state, and the fan (11) is started every fixed time interval delta t; the controller (14) is used for obtaining the temperature average value T collected by all sensor temperature point positions in the temperature collecting module (13) and controlling the conducting state of the three-way valve (4), the rotating speed M of the speed-adjustable water pump (3) and the rotating speed N of the speed-adjustable compressor (8), and the cooling system is simple in structure, reliable in operation and high in reliability. The corresponding control method is good in environment and working condition adaptability, high in reliability and remarkable in energy-saving effect.
