A method for regulating the climate of a vehicle in a vehicle is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: determining whether a passenger in a vehicle exists in the vehicle; determining a passenger deviation factor of the passenger on the vehicle by acquiring an image of the passenger on the vehicle and detecting and identifying at least one thermal insulation layer or clothing type of the passenger on the vehicle, the passenger deviation factor being determined based on the detected and identified at least one thermal insulation layer or clothing type; and controlling the vehicle climate in the vehicle by adjusting a temperature deviation based on the determined passenger deviation factor of the passenger in the vehicle. The disclosure also relates to a computer program product, a system for adjusting the climate of a vehicle in a vehicle, and a vehicle.
