The invention relates to a cushioning material. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly durable cushioning material that is unlikely to deform. A cushioning material (1) is provided with a first cushioning body (2) and a second cushioning body (3) that is arranged above the first cushioning body (2) and covers at least the upper surface of the first cushioning body (2), and is characterized in that the first cushioning body (2) comprises a three-dimensional network structure obtained by irregularly and locally welding continuous lines of a thermoplastic resin to form a loop, and the second cushioning body (3) is arranged above the first cushioning body (2) and covers at least the upper surface of the first cushioning body (2). The second buffer body (3) is configured from a longitudinal nonwoven fabric in which fibers are oriented in the thickness direction.
