The invention discloses an urban resident transportation mode identification method based on mobile phone signaling data. The method comprises the following steps: preprocessing acquired mobile phone signaling data; dividing the mobile phone signaling data into a moving section and a staying section, and constructing a travel route chain; constructing membership functions of various transportation modes; calculating a comprehensive membership score of each travel mode, and further dividing the obtained moving section into a determined moving section and an undetermined moving section through a comprehensive membership score threshold value; and respectively identifying the travel modes of the determined moving section and the undetermined moving section. According to the method, respective characteristics and differences of different traffic modes are fully considered, a membership function suitable for traffic mode identification of mobile phone signaling data is constructed, road network, navigation and other multi-source data are combined, an identification rule of an uncertain moving section travel mode is formulated, identification of four traffic modes is achieved, and the identification efficiency is improved. And the individual traffic mode identification precision based on the mobile phone signaling data is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于手机信令数据的城市居民交通出行方式识别方法,包括:对获取的手机信令数据进行预处理;对手机信令数据进行移动段和停留段的划分,构建出行行程链;构建各种交通出行方式的隶属度函数;计算出每种出行方式的综合隶属度得分,并通过综合隶属度得分阈值,将获得的移动段进一步划分为确定移动段和不确定移动段;分别对确定移动段和不确定移动段的出行方式进行识别。本发明充分考虑了不同交通方式各自的特征和差异构建了适合手机信令数据的交通出行方式识别的隶属度函数,并结合了路网、导航等多源数据,制定了不确定移动段出行方式的识别规则,实现了四种交通方式的识别,有效提高了基于手机信令数据的个体交通方式识别精度。
