A steel rail vertical hoisting construction method is used for vertically hoisting a steel rail with the length of 25 meters to a rail-mounted area through well mouths of a shield well and the like, the construction efficiency is high, and operability is high. Comprising the following steps that construction preparation is conducted, a truck crane traveling channel and a working platform are arranged, and it is guaranteed that a truck crane can be smoothly erected after entering a site; a steel rail to be hoisted is bundled up through a hoisting tool; trying to lift, slowly lifting a crane boom and a crane wire rope after the upper end of the steel rail is off the ground, and confirming that the lifting appliance is safely and reliably connected when the lower end of the steel rail is suspended for 30 seconds off the ground; hoisting and descending the steel rail into a well, moving the steel rail into the well, descending the lower end of the steel rail to a first trolley arranged in a rail-mounted area, and longitudinally moving the first trolley to one side along with the reduction of the inclination angle of the steel rail; and the steel rails are flatly stacked, after the steel rails are completely flatly placed, the other ends of the steel rails are supported on the second trolley, the steel rails are stacked in order by lifting the ends of the steel rails through a small rail laying crane or a forklift to be matched with the crane, and the lifting appliance is disassembled after the wire rope of the crane is completely in a non-stress state.

    一种钢轨垂直吊装施工方法,以将长度25米的钢轨通过盾构井等井口垂直吊装至轨行区,且施工工效较高,可操作性强。包括如下步骤:施工准备,安排好汽车吊行车通道及作业平台,保证汽车吊进场后可顺利支设;用吊具捆扎待吊运的钢轨;试吊,钢轨上端离地后吊车吊臂及吊车丝索缓慢提升,当钢轨下端离地悬停30秒,确认吊具连接安全可靠;吊装下井,钢轨向井下移动,在钢轨下端下降至轨行区设置的第一小车上,该第一小车随钢轨倾斜角度的减小向一侧纵向移动;钢轨平放堆码,当钢轨彻底平放后,钢轨另一端支撑于第二小车上,通过铺轨小吊或叉车端抬钢轨端头位置与吊车配合将钢轨堆码整齐,待吊车丝索完全处于不受力状态后进行吊具拆卸。
