The invention provides a satellite fixing structure based on a one-rocket-double-satellite parallel launching mode and a mounting system thereof, which are used for a satellite in the one-rocket-double-satellite parallel launching mode, and are used for promoting the realization of the satellite fixing structure by using a set of simple and convenient solar wing design structure, so that the required production cost is remarkably reduced.
