The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first stop point closest to a riding place and a second stop point closest to a destination according to the riding place and the destination; controlling the vehicle to run to the riding place from the first parking point through remote driving; first confirmation information is received, the vehicle is controlled to run from the riding place to the first stop point through remote driving, and the vehicle is controlled to enter an automatic driving mode; and after the vehicle arrives at the second stop point, controlling the vehicle to run to the destination from the second stop point through remote driving. Through the above scheme, the user is prevented from going to the stop point near the starting position and going to the destination from the get-off stop point, the car use experience of the user is optimized, remote personnel only need to participate in the first stage and the last stage in the whole process of executing the order task, and the user experience is improved. And the required labor cost is greatly reduced compared with the manual driving of the vehicle by the driver.
