The invention discloses a monitoring camera-based cart deviation rectifying system, method and equipment and a medium, and belongs to the field of machine vision recognition. The system comprises a reference module which is arranged on the ground and is used for providing a calibration marker for the deviation correction system; the camera module is mounted on a door leg of the cart and is used for acquiring a real-time image of the marker and a world coordinate of the marker corresponding to the real-time image when the cart advances, and calculating a deviation result; according to the cart deviation rectifying system based on the monitoring camera, the ground marking line is automatically detected through the image processing technology, the problems that an existing system and method are complex in operation process, high in price and the like are solved, the utilization rate of existing equipment is fully utilized, the deviation rectifying efficiency and precision are greatly improved, and meanwhile consumption of manpower and material resources is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于监控相机的大车纠偏系统、方法、设备、介质,属于机器视觉识别领域;所述系统包括:参照模块,布设于地面,用于为所述纠偏系统提供标定标识物;相机模块,安装于大车门腿,用于大车前进时获取所述标识物的实时图像及与实时图像对应的标识物世界坐标,计算偏差结果;本发明提供一种基于监控相机的大车纠偏系统,利用图像处理的技术自动检测地面标识线,既解决现有系统及方法操作过程复杂、价格昂贵等问题,又充分利用即有设备的利用率,大大提高纠偏效率及精度的同时,降低了人力物力消耗。
