The invention discloses a railway vehicle braking empty weight two-stage weight measuring mechanism which comprises a weight measuring assembly and a sensing valve, the load of a truck is fed back by the distance between a weight measuring sleeve of the weight measuring assembly and a restraining disc, and a first upper valve cavity and a first lower valve cavity are formed in a first valve body of the sensing valve. A first cavity piston assembly and a first rod piston assembly are arranged between the first upper valve cavity and the first lower valve cavity, a first channel is formed in the first cavity piston assembly, the first rod piston assembly is arranged on the first cavity piston assembly in a penetrating mode, the lower end of the first rod piston assembly is opposite to an inlet of the first channel, and the upper end of the first rod piston assembly is opposite to the restraining disc. The weight measuring sleeve is connected with the first valve body, the first upper valve cavity is communicated with an air cylinder exhaust port, and the first lower valve cavity is communicated with a brake cylinder air inlet. The two-stage empty and load sensing valve scheme has the advantages that opening and closing of a valve port of the sensing valve are judged according to the gap change of the feeler lever and the suppression disc, and whether pressure air of a brake cylinder is shunted to a depressurization air cylinder or not is achieved.
