The charging abnormity diagnosis method of the electric vehicle comprises the following steps: querying a table look-up current of a target vehicle at a current temperature according to a preset ampere meter; performing data processing on the table look-up current according to a vehicle body constraint condition of the target vehicle to obtain a charging request current; acquiring a charging pile input current of the target vehicle; and generating charging abnormity diagnosis information according to the table look-up current, the charging request current and the charging pile input current, so as to diagnose the abnormal condition of the target vehicle in the charging process according to the charging abnormity information. According to the method, the charging abnormal conditions of the vehicle are effectively and automatically divided through the table look-up current, the charging request current and the charging pile input current.
