The invention provides a traffic signal controller adaptive control method, a traffic signal controller and a control system, and belongs to the field of intelligent traffic signal controller control. The adaptive control method comprises the following steps: acquiring original traffic flow information on each road where a real intersection is located; inputting the vehicle density and the queue state into a deep reinforcement learning neural network for observation, and generating a value table of different actions in the current traffic state; and selecting a signal machine phase action and a green time duration with a maximized reward function according to the value table, and controlling the state of the traffic signal lamp in the current period according to the phase action and the green time duration. The signal machine phase state and the green time duration are adaptively adjusted according to different traffic flows, the intersection signal lamp timing scheme is optimized, the intersection passing efficiency can be reasonably improved to a certain degree, and therefore the traffic flow bearing capacity can be improved.

    本发明提供一种交通信号机自适应控制方法、交通信号机及控制系统,属于智慧交通信号机控制领域。所述自适应控制方法,包括获取真实交叉口所在每条道路上原始交通流量信息;将所述车辆密度和队列状态输入深度强化学习神经网络进行观测,生成当前交通状态下不同动作的价值表;根据所述价值表选择出奖励函数最大化的信号机相位动作以及绿信时长,并根据该相位动作以及绿信时长控制当前周期交通信号灯状态。本发明根据不同的交通流量自适应调整信号机相位状态和绿信时长,优化了交叉路口信号灯配时方案,可以在一定程度上合理提升交叉路口通行效率,从而可以提高交通流量承载容量。
