The invention discloses a hybrid development land dynamic parking demand prediction method for parking space sharing. Comprising the following steps: (1) collecting development scales of main use types in the mixed development land; (2) collecting information such as dynamic parking berth demand rates of land samples similar to the main land types; (3) determining a main analysis time period of the total demand of the parking space according to the composition proportion of the main use type; (4) predicting the parking berth demand rate of each main use type in each analysis period; and (5) calculating the total parking berth demand of the mixed development land under the berth sharing condition. Compared with the prior art, the dynamic parking demand fluctuation characteristic of the land parcels and the parking demand berth sharing condition among different land parcels are considered, and the situation that the maximum parking berth demands of all the land parcels in the area are directly added to serve as the total parking berth demand of the area is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种针对泊位共享的混合开发用地动态停车需求预测方法。包括以下步骤:(1)搜集混合开发用地中主要使用类型的开发规模;(2)采集与主要用地类型相似的用地样本的动态停车泊位需求率等信息;(3)依据主要使用类型的构成比例,确定停车泊位总需求的主要分析时段;(4)预测各主要使用类型在各分析时段内的停车泊位需求率;(5)计算混合开发用地在泊位共享条件下的停车泊位总需求。与现有技术相比,本发明考虑了地块所具有的动态停车需求波动特性以及不同地块间停车需求泊位共享的情况,避免了将区域内每个地块的最大停车泊位需求直接相加作为区域的停车泊位总需求。
