According to the axle box spring, the axle box spring manufacturing device, the axle box spring manufacturing method and the rail vehicle, by adjusting the mass fraction of the rubber ring 41, it can be guaranteed that the longitudinal and transverse rigidity of the axle box spring reaches 9 kN/mm, the longitudinal and transverse deformation displacement ranges from 4 mm to 5 mm, and the vertical rigidity meets the requirement.
