The invention provides an aerogel heat insulation layer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: laying a fiber reinforcement on a to-be-insulated surface of a corresponding cabin; an auxiliary tool is installed and fixed on the surface of the fiber reinforced body, and the auxiliary tool is used for pressing the laid fiber reinforced body and the cabin body so that the molded surface of the fiber reinforced body can be matched with the molded surface of the corresponding cabin body; dipping a cabin comprising an auxiliary tool and a fiber reinforcement into the aerogel precursor to obtain a gel complex; and performing post-treatment on the gel complex to obtain the cabin comprising the aerogel heat insulation layer. The aerogel heat insulation layer is a whole, blocking of the heat insulation layer can be avoided, then the number of gaps between the aerogel heat insulation layers is reduced, the aerogel heat insulation layer can be matched with the height of the profile of a cabin, the shape follow-up performance is good, and therefore the good heat insulation effect is achieved; meanwhile, the laying period of the heat insulation layer is shortened, and the weight reduction effect is obvious.

    本发明提供了一种气凝胶隔热层及其制备方法,包括:将纤维增强体铺设在对应舱体的待隔热面;在纤维增强体的表面安装并固定辅助工装,利用辅助工装对所铺设的纤维增强体和舱体进行施压,以使纤维增强体的型面与对应的舱体的型面相匹配;将包括辅助工装、纤维增强体的舱体浸渍至气凝胶前驱体中,得到凝胶复合体;对凝胶复合体进行后处理,得到包括气凝胶隔热层的舱体。本发明提供的气凝胶隔热层为一个整体,可避免隔热层分块,进而减少气凝胶隔热层间的缝隙数量,能与舱体型面高度匹配,随形性好,从而达到良好的隔热效果;同时还缩短了隔热层敷设周期,且减重效果明显。
