According to the device, the thin plate sections can be always in a stable state in the shelving and transporting processes, so that the thin plate sections are prevented from generating plastic deformation due to tension, and the quality of the thin plate sections is ensured to meet the building requirements of large ships.
本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种薄板分段搁置及运输方法。所述薄板分段搁置及运输方法包括:依据薄板分段流水线的建造能力进行分段;以甲板为建造基面进行反态建造;平板车伸入薄板分段下方,并升起至第一预定高度,以托起薄板分段离开流水线;依据薄板分段的尺寸设置搁置组件,搁置组件的顶部形成有加工工位;薄板分段搁置在加工工位并在薄板分段的底部安装吊耳;平板车升起至第二预定高度并带动薄板分段离开加工工位后进入翻身装置;平板车下落,吊耳插入所述翻身装置。本发明能够使薄板分段在搁置和运输的过程中始终处于平稳的状态,如此避免薄板分段因受到张力而产生塑性变形,从而保证薄板分段的质量满足大型船舶的建造需求。
