The invention discloses a contact network suspension structure. The contact network suspension structure comprises a base, an insulator, a mounting seat and a busbar wire clamp, the base is used for being fixed to the inner wall of a tunnel, the first end of the insulator is hinged to the base, the installation base is fixedly connected with the second end of the insulator, and the busbar wire clamp is fixed to the installation base and used for clamping a busbar. Compared with the prior art, the insulator can rotate relative to the base under the action of external force, so that the overhead line system suspension structure generates self-adaptive deformation under the action of external force such as impact force of a train pantograph, and rigid damage is avoided; according to the invention, the mounting height of the fixed seat on the stand column can be adjusted, so that the height of the busbar wire clamp can be adjusted conveniently; the stand column and the bottom plate which are fixedly connected can be directly manufactured through standardized production in a factory, the field assembly error is reduced, and the angle precision of the busbar wire clamp is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种接触网悬挂结构,包括基座、绝缘子、安装座和汇流排线夹。基座用于固定在隧道内壁上,绝缘子的第一端与基座铰接,安装座与绝缘子的第二端固定相连,汇流排线夹固定于安装座上,用于夹紧汇流排。相比于现有技术,本发明中绝缘子在外力作用下可以相对基座发生旋转,使接触网悬挂结构在列车受电弓冲击力等外力作用下产生自适应的形变,从而避免刚性破坏;本发明中固定座在立柱上的安装高度能够调整,从而便于调整汇流排线夹的高度;本发明可通过工厂内的标准化生产直接制备得到固定相连的立柱与底板,减小现场装配误差,保证汇流排线夹的角度精度。
