The anti-slip control method comprises the following steps that S1, the vehicle speed, the vehicle speed time difference, the transmission ratio, the motor end torque and the tire radius of the vehicle are obtained, and the vehicle body weight is calculated; s2, the maximum slip torque value of the motor end is obtained according to the vehicle body weight, the attachment coefficient, the rolling resistance coefficient, the tire radius, the transmission ratio and the gravitational acceleration; and S3, the maximum torque threshold value is obtained according to the maximum slip torque value of the motor end, then the torque output of an accelerator pedal is limited, and automobile anti-slip control is completed. According to the method, the maximum slip torque value of the motor end of the vehicle is calculated through an algorithm according to the influence of the self weight, the transmission ratio, the tire radius and the like in the parameter information of the vehicle and the adhesion coefficient and the rolling resistance coefficient in the environmental factor information on the slip of the vehicle, and the maximum slip torque value serves as a limit torque threshold value so as to limit the torque output of the vehicle; therefore, the problem that the vehicle cannot run normally due to the fact that the torque is too large on the snowfield and the slippery road surface is solved.

    本发明公开了一种微型纯电动汽车防打滑控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、获取车辆的车速、车速时间差、传动比、电机端扭矩和轮胎半径,计算车身重量;S2、根据车身重量、附着系数、滚动阻力系数、轮胎半径、传动比和重力加速度,得到电机端最大打滑扭矩值;S3、根据电机端最大打滑扭矩值得到最大扭矩阀值,进而限制油门踏板扭矩输出,完成汽车防打滑控制。本发明的方法虑车辆的自身参数信息中车辆自重、传动比、轮胎半径等及环境因素信息中附着系数、滚动阻力系数对车辆打滑的影响,通过算法计算得到车辆电机端的最大打滑扭矩值作为极限扭矩阀值,以限制车辆的扭矩输出,从而解决车辆在雪地及湿滑路面因扭矩过大打滑而无法正常行驶的困境。
