The invention provides a high-voltage system heating protection method and device and related equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an actual voltage difference value of two ends of a target wire harness which is used for connecting a battery management system and a target electric appliance; under the condition that the actual voltage difference value is larger than the reference voltage difference threshold value, the target electric appliance is controlled to operate at the target operation power, and the target operation power is smaller than the current operation power of the target electric appliance. According to the high-voltage system heating protection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the poor contact phenomenon of the target wire harness can be found in time by obtaining the actual voltage difference value of the two ends of the target wire harness and combining the reference voltage difference threshold value, and the target wire harness can be effectively protected by reducing the operation power of the target electric appliance under the condition of poor contact of the target wire harness. While the target wire harness is prevented from being overheated, continuous operation of the vehicle is maintained, and the safety of the vehicle and the use experience of a user are improved.

    本发明提供了一种高压系统发热保护方法、装置及相关设备,该方法包括:获取目标线束两端的实际电压差值,目标线束用于连接电池管理系统与目标用电器;在实际电压差值大于参考压差阈值的情况下,控制目标用电器以目标运行功率运行,目标运行功率小于目标用电器的当前运行功率。本申请实施例提供的高压系统发热保护方法能够通过获取目标线束两端的实际电压差值,结合参考压差阈值,及时发现目标线束存在的接触不良现象,并在目标线束接触不良的情况下,通过降低目标用电器运行功率的方式,在避免目标线束过热的同时,维持车辆的持续运行,提升了车辆的安全性和用户使用体验。
