The invention discloses a reversible rigid composite film for a space inflatable unfolding structure. The reversible rigid composite film for the space inflatable expansion structure can achieve controllable and reversible effects in the curing process under the cooperation of selected rigid layer components, namely natural transformation of heating softening and non-heating curing, the bending strength is not lower than 80 Mpa in the curing process, and by means of heating control of the heating layer, the thickness of the reversible rigid composite film is larger than or equal to 10 mm. And the heat uniformly reaches the rigid layer through the soaking layer, so that the rigid layer is uniformly heated. According to the reversible rigid composite film for the space inflatable expansion structure, chemical reaction does not exist among the structures of all layers, the material performance is stable, the storage life is long, and therefore the reversible rigid composite film has little influence on the ground or the space environment with extreme temperature, humidity, heat cycle and intense radiation, and the reversible rigid composite film is suitable for the space inflatable expansion structure. And the service cycle of the reversible rigid composite film for the space inflatable expansion structure is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种空间充气展开结构用可逆刚化复合薄膜。该空间充气展开结构用可逆刚化复合薄膜在选定的刚化层组分配合下可以实现固化过程的可控、可逆的效果,即受热软化,不受热固化的自然转变,并且固化时弯曲强度不低于80Mpa,并且通过加热层的加热控制,使热量通过均热层均匀地到达刚化层,实现刚化层的均匀受热。空间充气展开结构用可逆刚化复合薄膜的各层结构之间不存在化学反应,材料性能稳定,贮藏寿命长,所以无论是在地面还是具有极端温度、湿度、热循环、强辐射的太空环境,均影响较小,有利于提高空间充气展开结构用可逆刚化复合薄膜的服役周期。
