    The invention relates to the technical field of transmissions, in particular to an HMCVT power dividing transmission system and engineering machinery, a first parallel shaft system of the HMCVT power dividing transmission system is provided with a first forward gear driving gear, a second forward gear driving gear, a third forward gear driving gear and a reverse gear driving gear, and the first parallel shaft system is in transmission connection with a hydraulic pump assembly; a first forward gear driven gear, a second forward gear driven gear, a third forward gear driven gear and a reverse gear driven gear set are arranged on the second parallel shaft system, and the hydraulic motor assembly is connected to the hydraulic pump assembly through a hydraulic pipeline. The first planet wheel assembly comprises a first gear ring, a first sun wheel and a first planet wheel; according to the HMCVT power dividing transmission system, the speed change of a forward gear and seamless switching of a reverse gear can be achieved by adjusting the swing angle change of a swash plate of the hydraulic pump assembly, and no power interruption point exists.
