The invention discloses a hydrological exploration unmanned ship capable of modularly replacing task load, comprising: a ship body comprising an upper layer frame and sheet bodies symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom of the upper layer frame; the propelling system comprises a longitudinal propeller and a transverse propeller, the longitudinal propeller is arranged at the stern of the ship body, and the transverse propeller is arranged at the bow of the ship body; the control unit comprises an upper computer and a lower computer which are matched with each other, the lower computer is packaged in a central control box, the central control box is fixed on the upper layer frame, and the control unit is connected with a propulsion system circuit, a GPS module circuit, a sonar module circuit and a communication module circuit. According to the unmanned ship, the function diversification of the unmanned ship can be achieved, the unmanned ship can adapt to more diversified and complicated working environments, disassembly, assembly and transformation are more convenient and faster, and land transportation and carrying are also facilitated.
