According to the stepless speed change system and the speed change method thereof, a main input sun gear 20 and a sine wave speed change disc 10 synchronously apply force in a linkage mode, a sine wave semi-circular track 12 enables a variable-torque steel ball 15 to make ring-shaped simple harmonic motion amplitude, force is applied to a steel ball straight groove 57, and equivalently, an inner gear 50 for speed reduction is promoted to make positive non-forced rotation; during starting, a main output planet carrier 40 has a torque-increasing and speed-reducing equation ratio ((the number of teeth of a speed-reducing internal gear 50/the number of teeth of a main input sun gear 20) + 1), and when inertia speed exists after starting, a sine wave speed change disc 10 promotes the speed-reducing internal gear to gradually increase the rotating speed for output with'non-forced thrust '. The speed reduction planet wheel 30 is driven to rotate in an accelerated mode and is presented in an accelerated revolution mode, the rotating speed output by the main output planet carrier 40 is accelerated and increased in a linear change mode, and therefore the purpose of stepless linear speed change is achieved.

    一种无级变速系统及其变速方法,为以主输入太阳轮20与弦波变速盘10连动同步的施力,通过弦波半圆轨道12使变矩钢珠15做出环圈型态的「简谐运动」振幅,并施力给予钢珠直行槽57,等同是促使降速用内齿轮50做出正方向的非强制性旋转;起步时主输出行星架40具有((降速用内齿轮50齿数/主输入太阳轮20齿数)+1)的增矩减速的算式比值,起步后具有惯性速度时,由弦波变速盘10以「非强制性推力」促使所述降速用内齿轮逐渐加快转速输出,驱动减速行星轮30加速自转并以加快公转型态呈现,促使主输出行星架40输出的转速产生线性变化的加速提升,进而达成无级线性变速之目的。
