The invention relates to the technical field of protection of space loads in a rocket launching stage and vibration reduction in an on-orbit stage, in particular to a vibration isolation unlocking device for a sky patrol module. The device comprises a locking and unlocking device, a vibration isolation device, an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate, the locking and unlocking device and the vibration isolation device are both mounted between the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate, and in the launching stage of the sky patrol module, the locking and unlocking device and the vibration isolation device ensure the rigidity of the whole structure and do not generate violent vibration; in the injection stage, the locking and unlocking device is disconnected with the upper mounting plate, and vibration transmission between the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate is reduced through the vibration isolation device. According to the invention, not only can the rigidity of the sky patrol module in the launching process be ensured without violent vibration, but also good vibration isolation and energy absorption in the on-orbit stage can be ensured, and the influence of vibration transmission in the sky patrol module on the optical load cabin is reduced.

    本发明涉及空间载荷在火箭发射阶段的保护和在轨阶段的减振技术领域,特别涉及一种用于巡天模块的隔振解锁装置。该装置包括锁紧解锁装置、隔振装置、上安装板及下安装板,其中锁紧解锁装置和隔振装置均安装在上安装板和下安装板之间,在巡天模块发射阶段,锁紧解锁装置和隔振装置保证整体结构的刚度而不发生剧烈振动;在入轨阶段,锁紧解锁装置解除与上安装板的连接,通过隔振装置降低上安装板和下安装板之间的振动传递。本发明不仅能够保证巡天模块在发射过程中的刚度而不剧烈振动,还能保证在轨阶段具有良好的隔振吸能,降低巡天模块中振动传递对光学载荷舱的影响。
