The invention discloses a crawler frame which comprises a left beam plate assembly. A right beam plate group; the rear beam plate is used for connecting the left beam plate group and the right beam plate group; and the bottom beam plate group is used for the bottoms of the left beam plate group and the right beam plate group. The beam plates of the crawler frame are connected in a riveting mode, the problem that a traditional welded frame deforms seriously is effectively solved, and the crawler frame is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture. Bottom beam plate assemblies are located below the front portion, the middle portion and the rear portion of an integral frame respectively and fixedly connected with a left beam plate assembly and a right beam plate assembly in a riveted mode, the bottom beam plate assemblies are sequentially and fixedly connected to form a frame body, and an engine radiator, an air cooler, an engine and a motor are sequentially installed on the bottom beam plate assemblies of the frame. And the balance of the whole frame is guaranteed through the separated fixing mode of the bottom beam plate assembly, the driving wheel supports at the two ends of the frame are used for installing crawler wheels, and driving during movement of the frame body is achieved.
本发明公开了一种履带车车架,包括左梁板件组;右梁板件组;用于连接所述左梁板件组和所述右梁板件组之间的后梁板;以及用于所述左梁板件组和所述右梁板件组底部的底梁板件组。本发明履带车架的各梁板件之间均采用采用铆接方式连接,有效克服了传统焊接车架变形严重的问题,结构简单,方便制造。本发明中底梁板组件分别位于整体车架的前部、中部和后部的下方且与左、右梁板组件铆接固定连接,且依次固定连接构成车架主体,车架的底梁板组件上依次安装发动机散热器、空中冷器、发动机和电机,且底梁板组件的分隔式固定方式保证了整体车架的平衡,通过车架两端的驱动轮支架用于安装履带轮,实现车架主体运动时的驱动。
