The invention relates to a redundant motor direct-drive brake-by-wire device of an automatic driving automobile and a control method. The invention discloses a redundant motor direct-drive brake-by-wire device of an automatic driving automobile. A gear ring is fixed on a gear ring output frame; an output shaft of the gear ring output frame is a cylinder internally provided with a through hole, the outer portion of the output shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with the gear, the inner portion of the output shaft is connected with an input shaft of the planet carrier, and the gear ring output frame and the planet carrier can rotate relatively. A planet gear on the planet carrier is internally meshed with the gear ring and externally meshed with a sun gear, the sun gear is connected with an output shaft of a sun gear motor, and an input shaft of the planet carrier is connected with an output shaft of a planet carrier motor; the rack is meshed with the gear, and an output shaft of the rack is connected with an input shaft of the brake master cylinder in a matched mode. A planetary transmission mechanism is adopted, the large transmission ratio can be achieved, and the requirement for a driving motor is lowered; double motors are adopted, and the redundancy function is achieved; and the device is more integrated, the structure is more compact, the mass is reduced, the installation space is saved, and economic benefits are improved.

    本发明涉及一种自动驾驶汽车冗余电机直驱线控制动装置及控制方法。一种自动驾驶汽车冗余电机直驱线控制动装置,其齿圈固定在齿圈输出架上;齿圈输出架的输出轴为内部为通孔的圆柱体,其外部与齿轮同轴固连,其内部与行星架的输入轴连接,且齿圈输出架与行星架可相对转动;行星架上的行星轮与齿圈内啮合,行星轮与太阳轮外啮合,太阳轮与太阳轮电机的输出轴连接,行星架的输入轴与行星架电机的输出轴相连;齿条与齿轮相啮合,齿条的输出轴与制动主缸的输入轴相配合连接。本发明采用行星传动机构,可实现大传动比,降低对驱动电机的要求;采用双电机,具有冗余功能;且更加集成,结构更加紧凑,减小了质量,节省安装空间并提高了经济效益。
