The invention provides an electric vehicle thermal management system and a control method thereof and an electric vehicle, and the electric vehicle thermal management system comprises a heat pump system which is provided with a compressor, a water cooling condenser, an electronic expansion valve, an evaporator and a gas-liquid separator; the power battery temperature control system is provided with a battery cooling water pump and a power battery; the driving motor cooling system is provided with a driving motor; the control pipe system is provided with a plurality of three-way valves and four-way valves; the heat pump system, the power battery temperature control system and the driving motor cooling system are mutually coupled through the three-way valve and the four-way valve to form the electric automobile heat management system so that corresponding water cooling loops can be provided under the condition that the heat pump system is located in different circulation loops. The heating problem of the electric automobile under the low-temperature and ultralow-temperature conditions in winter is solved, efficient heat management of the whole automobile is achieved, and energy consumption of refrigeration in summer and heating in winter of the electric automobile is reduced.

    本发明提出一种电动汽车热管理系统及其控制方法和电动汽车,电动汽车热管理系统包括:热泵系统,设有压缩机,水冷冷凝器,电子膨胀阀,蒸发器和气液分离器;动力电池控温系统,设有电池冷却水泵和动力电池;驱动电机冷却系统,设有驱动电机;控制管系,设有多个三通阀和四通阀,所述三通阀和所述四通阀将所述热泵系统、所述动力电池控温系统和所述驱动电机冷却系统三者之间相互耦合而形成所述电动汽车热管理系统以在所述热泵系统中处于不同循环回路的情况下提供对应的水冷却回路。改善了电动汽车在冬季低温和超低温情况下的制热问题,实现了整车的高效热管理,降低了电动汽车在夏季制冷、冬季制热的能耗。
