The invention provides a battery charging device, a communication terminal and a vehicle. The battery charging device is arranged in a space where an engine is located and comprises a thermoelectric conversion circuit, a multi-point control unit, a charging circuit and a battery. The thermoelectric conversion circuit is connected with the multi-point control unit and the charging circuit; the multi-point control unit is connected with the charging circuit and the battery; the charging circuit is connected with the battery. After the engine is started, the thermoelectric conversion circuit converts heat energy in the space where the engine is located into electric energy, and the electric energy is used for supplying power to the multi-point control unit and the charging circuit. The multi-point control unit detects the current battery voltage of the battery, and if it is determined that the current battery voltage does not meet the preset battery working condition, the charging circuit is controlled to supply power to the battery. Heat energy is converted into electric energy to supply power to the battery by utilizing temperature rise of the engine after the vehicle is started. Energy of a vehicle storage battery is saved, and continuous supply of electricity in the battery is guaranteed.
