The invention relates to a movable aerodynamic surface for an aircraft, comprising: a skin; and a reinforcing device arranged inside and comprising an inside reinforcement and/or an outside reinforcement, in which an inside cavity is formed at the inside end and between the first skin part, the second skin part and the inside reinforcement, and/or an outside cavity is formed at the outside end and between the first skin part, the second skin part and the outside reinforcement, wherein the acoustic filling device is arranged within the inboard cavity and/or the outboard cavity to reduce noise. The aim of an aerodynamic surface which can both effectively reduce noise and can be handled conveniently and economically is achieved by means of an acoustic filling device having a mixed form comprising at least one filling element of a first type having a smooth outer surface and at least one filling element of a second type having a porous outer surface. The invention also relates to a wing and an aircraft comprising such an aerodynamic surface.
