The invention relates to an expressway left side entrance and exit influence area vehicle speed management and path guidance system which comprises a main road and a left ramp arranged on the left side of the main road, the left ramp comprises a left entrance ramp and a left exit ramp, and the expressway left side entrance and exit influence area vehicle speed management and path guidance system further comprises a road surface identification system and a roadside indication board system; the main road is sequentially divided into a driving section, a positioning section and a preparation section from bottom to top, and the left ramp is sequentially divided into a left side adjacent entrance section, a transition section, a deceleration section and a speed regulation section from bottom to top; the roadside indication board system comprises a first indication board system arranged on the main road and a second indication board system arranged on the left ramp.
