The invention relates to an aircraft pylon comprising a main structure (28) and a pipe section (44) having an internal duct (46) positioned inside at least one structural pipe (30, 32, 34) of the main structure (28). This solution makes it possible to reduce congestion outside the structural tubes of the main structure, making it easier to integrate other equipment into the pylon, and may help improve the aerodynamic performance of the pylon by reducing the cross-section of the pylon. The invention also relates to an aircraft comprising at least one such pylon.
