The invention discloses a railway track flaw detection and marking all-in-one machine which comprises two groups of mounting racks and two groups of axles, the mounting racks are two groups of C-shaped frames which are transversely arranged and have opposite openings, and the two groups of axles are arranged between the two groups of mounting racks in parallel; and the two ends of the axle respectively penetrate into the end parts of the two groups of mounting racks and are in running fit with the mounting racks. The device has the beneficial effects that four groups of track wheel supporting equipment at the end part of the axle are used for supporting the whole device to walk on the track for flaw detection, and the toothed belt rotating along with the axle is used for supporting the sliding block and the marking frame to integrally slide reversely, so that the marking frame and the track wheels are kept to slide in opposite directions when the track needs to be marked; therefore, in the marking process, the marking frame and the ground steel rail are kept in a relatively static state, the mark brushing process is achieved while the rail car is in the walking state, the walking process of the rail car on the rail does not need to be stopped, and then the flaw detection marking efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铁路轨道探伤检测标记一体机,包括安装架和车轴,所述安装架和所述车轴数量均为两组,所述安装架为两组横向排列且开口相对的C形框体,两组所述车轴平行设置于两组所述安装架之间,所述车轴两端分别穿入两组所述安装架端部且与该安装架转动配合。有益效果在于:本发明通过利用车轴端部的四组轨道轮支撑设备整体在轨道上行走探伤,利用跟随车轴旋转的齿带支撑滑块以及标记架整体反向滑动,进而在需要对轨道进行标记时保持标记架与轨道轮处于相反方向滑移,从而在标记过程中保持标记架与地面钢轨处于相对静止状态,在轨道车处于行走状态的同时实现标记涂刷过程,无需停下轨道车在铁轨上的行走过程,进而提高探伤标记效率。
