The swing stopping device and a lateral transverse strong frame of a ship body are arranged in the same plane and are symmetrically arranged in a middle longitudinal section; the anti-swing device comprises a liquid tank side anti-swing structure, a ship body side anti-swing structure and laminated wood, the liquid tank side anti-swing structure is welded to a liquid tank bottom plate, the ship body side anti-swing structure is welded to a ship body inner bottom plate, and the two side anti-swing structures achieve transverse load transmission through surface contact of the laminated wood. A ship body side transverse supporting plate in the ship body side anti-swing structure is in a double-arc shape, a panel with the two ends beveled is arranged on the large arc shape of the double-arc shape, and a small-arc soft toe is adopted at the toe end and used for improving the fatigue performance of the ship body side anti-swing structure. According to the low-temperature liquid tank swing stopping device, the number of structural components is small, the structural weight is light, and installation is convenient; the structure transition is good, and the fatigue strength is high; the longitudinal supporting panel is in a broken line shape, and the arrangement adaptability is high; the device is also suitable for a pitching stopping device at the top of a liquid tank.
本发明涉及一种棱形独立型低温液舱的止摇装置,止摇装置与船体侧横向强框布置在同一平面内,且呈中纵剖面对称布置;止摇装置包括液舱侧止摇结构、船体侧止摇结构和层压木,液舱侧止摇结构焊接在液舱底板上,船体侧止摇结构焊接在船体内底板上,两侧止摇结构通过层压木的面接触实现横向载荷的传递,船体侧止摇结构中的船体侧横向支撑板采用双圆弧形,双圆弧形的大圆弧形上设置两端削斜的面板,趾端采用小圆弧软趾,用于提高船体侧止摇结构的疲劳性能。本发明的低温液舱止摇装置结构构件数量较为精简,结构重量轻,且安装方便;结构过渡良好,具有较高的疲劳强度;纵向支撑面板采用折线形,布置适应性强;同样适应于液舱顶部、止纵摇装置。
