The invention provides an instrument board stiffening beam and a vehicle. The instrument board stiffening beam comprises a first support, a second support, a main beam and an auxiliary beam, wherein the main beam and the auxiliary beam are arranged side by side; the first support and the second support are arranged in the first direction, part of the first support is connected with the second support, the first support and the second support form a box-shaped structure, part of the first support is close to one end of the first support, and the other end of the first support is used for being connected with a vehicle body floor. The main beam and the auxiliary beam are arranged in the second direction. The end, close to the auxiliary beam, of the main beam is connected with the end, close to the main beam, of the auxiliary beam through a box-shaped structure. The box-shaped structure can increase the rigidity of the connecting position of the main beam and the auxiliary beam, in this way, the auxiliary reinforcing effect of the auxiliary pipe can be enhanced, the rigidity of the instrument board reinforcing beam can be enhanced, the mode and rigidity of a steering system are improved, and then the quality of the mode and idling vibration of a steering wheel of the whole vehicle is improved.
