The invention provides a rear pillar structure of a vehicle capable of suppressing deformation of a rear pillar inner side member caused by an input load from a seat belt. The rear pillar includes a rear pillar inner member, a holder support member, a first reinforcing plate, and a second reinforcing plate. The holder support member is fixed to the rear pillar inner member and supports the seat belt holder. The rear column inner side piece is provided with a base wall for fixing the fixator supporting component and a bent wall bent to be connected with the base wall. The first reinforcing plate extends along the bending wall of the rear column inner side piece and is combined with the front-back position, at least spanning the bending wall, of the rear column inner side piece. The second reinforcing plate is combined with the first reinforcing plate and forms a closed cross section for reinforcing the bent wall together with the first reinforcing plate.
