The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic integrated high-altitude vehicle ladder stand which comprises a ladder stand body, a hydraulic control system box and an electrical control system box, the ladder stand body comprises two interlayer mounting plates and a plurality of middle steps, the upper sides of the middle steps are provided with top steps, the lower sides of the middle steps are provided with bottom steps, and the bottom steps are arranged on the upper sides of the bottom steps. A left vertical plate and a right vertical plate are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the middle step, a movable step is arranged on the lower side of the bottom step, and a first threaded hole is formed in the movable step. And the hydraulic control system box and the electrical control system box are respectively fixed on the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate. The hydraulic control system box and the electric control system box are installed on the left side and the right side of the crawling ladder respectively, the possibility of danger caused by electro-hydraulic mutual interference is eradicated, and the system safety is improved; the working height of the original crawling ladder is increased, so that the mounting heights of the electrical control system and the hydraulic control system are improved, and therefore, the space utilization rate of the aerial vehicle and the working comfort of operators are greatly improved by adopting the structure.

    本发明公开了一种电液集成式高空车爬梯,包括爬梯、液压控制系统箱和电气控制系统箱,所述爬梯包括两块隔层安装板和若干个中间台阶,所述中间台阶的上侧设有顶层台阶,中间台阶的下侧设有底层台阶,中间台阶的左右两侧固定设有左立板和右立板,底层台阶的下侧设有活动台阶,活动台阶上设有第一螺纹孔;液压控制系统箱和电气控制系统箱分别固定在左立板和右立板上。本发明将液压控制系统箱和电气控制系统箱分别安装在爬梯的左右两侧,杜绝了电液相互干扰发生危险的可能,提高了系统安全性;通过延长了原有爬梯工作高度,进而提高了电气控制系统和液压控制系统的安装高度,因此,该结构大大提升了高空车的空间利用率和操作人员的工作舒适性。
