According to the detection method for the elevator traction device, the elevator is controlled to stop or scram caused by external factors is utilized, the position of a shaft is searched again after stopping is removed, and speed information, position information, distance information and time information of the elevator traction device in the whole process are recorded; the brake sliding distance information S2 and the traction sliding distance information S3 of the elevator traction device are obtained through calculation of the elevator controller, and when the brake sliding distance information S2 and the traction sliding distance information S3 exceed a set threshold value, a fault is made or an alarm is given. The elevator controller returns the calculated braking slippage distance information S2 and the traction slippage distance information S3 and the recorded position information, time information and fault or alarm information to a server, and the server processes the braking slippage distance information S2 and the traction slippage distance information S3; and the traction force and the braking force corresponding to the braking slippage distance information S2 and the traction slippage distance information S3 and the change trend of the traction force and the braking force are obtained, and maintenance personnel are guided to conduct targeted operation on related parts.

    本发明公开的电梯曳引装置的检测方法,其通过控制电梯制停或利用外在因素引起的电梯急停,以及解除制停后电梯重新查找井道位置,记录电梯曳引装置整个过程中的速度信息、位置信息、距离信息、时间信息,通过电梯控制器计算得到电梯曳引装置的制动滑移距离信息S2和曳引滑移距离信息S3,当超出设定阈值时就作成故障或告警。电梯控制器将所计算的制动滑移距离信息S2和曳引滑移距离信息S3和所记录的位置信息、时间信息及故障或告警信息回传到服务器,所述服务器对制动滑移距离信息S2和曳引滑移距离信息S3进行处理,获知制动滑移距离信息S2和曳引滑移距离信息S3对应的曳引力和制动力及其变化趋势,引导维护保养人员对相关的部件进行针对性的作业。
