The pedal mechanism comprises a magnetic conductive sleeve assembly, a magnetic conductive coil base, a coil, a push rod, a pedal, a pedal base and a linear displacement sensor, the magnetic conductive sleeve assembly comprises a magnetic conductive sleeve, a left end cover and a right end cover, and a cavity defined by the magnetic conductive sleeve, the left end cover and the right end cover is filled with magnetorheological fluid; a linear displacement sensor is installed on the outer side face of the magnetic conductive sleeve, a measuring rod of the linear displacement sensor is fixedly connected with the push rod, a magnetic conductive coil base capable of moving axially is arranged in the magnetic conductive sleeve, a gap is reserved between the magnetic conductive coil base and the inner wall of the magnetic conductive sleeve, a coil is wound on the magnetic conductive coil base, and the push rod is further fixedly connected to the magnetic conductive coil base. The left side of the push rod penetrates out of the left end cover, the right side of the push rod penetrates out of the right end cover and is connected to the middle of the pedal, one end of the pedal is hinged to the pedal base, and the pedal mechanism with the stroke sensing and force sensing feedback functions has the pedal stroke sensing and force sensing active adjusting functions and can be applied to the new energy automobile drive-by-wire technology.

    本发明公开一种含行程感知与力感反馈的踏板机构,包括导磁套筒组件、导磁线圈座、线圈、推杆、踏板、踏板底座和线性位移传感器,导磁套筒组件包括导磁套筒、左端盖和右端盖,且导磁套筒、左端盖和右端盖包围的腔室内填充有磁流变液,所述导磁套筒外侧面安装有线性位移传感器,且其测杆与所述推杆固定连接,导磁套筒内设有可轴向移动的导磁线圈座,与导磁套筒内壁之间保留间隙,所述导磁线圈座上缠绕有线圈,导磁线圈座上还固定连接有推杆,所述推杆左侧从左端盖穿出,右侧从右端盖穿出,并连接在踏板中部,踏板一端部与踏板底座铰接,该含行程感知与力感反馈的踏板机构,具有踏板行程感知与力感主动调节功能,能应用于新能源汽车线控技术中。
