The invention discloses a passenger safety risk monitoring method for a static vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a first safety operation module of an operation processing chip obtains vehicle speed information from a vehicle control unit through a CAN bus; according to the vehicle speed information, a second safety operation module of the operation processing chip is controlled to obtain vehicle state information, the vehicle state is determined, the vehicle state comprises at least one of a driving state, a static state, a parking state, a hanging state, a guarding state and an emergency state, and the vehicle state information comprises at least one of the driving state, the static state, the parking state, the hanging state, the guarding state and the emergency state. The operation processing chip at least comprises passenger information and environment information, and the first safety operation module and the second safety operation module are located in different safety domains in the operation processing chip; a vehicle state judgment module of the operation processing chip detects vehicle state information according to the vehicle state; if it is judged that the vehicle state information is not within a safety threshold value, it is confirmed that the vehicle has potential safety hazards; and when it is confirmed that the vehicle has the potential safety hazard, emergency processing is carried out and early warning is given out.

    一种静止车辆乘员安全风险监测方法,包括:运算处理芯片的第一安全运算模块通过CAN总线从车辆控制单元获取车辆速度信息;根据所述车辆速度信息,控制运算处理芯片的第二安全运算模块获取车辆状态信息,确定车辆状态,所述车辆状态,包括:行驶状态、静止状态、停放状态、挂起状态、守护状态及紧急状态至少一个,所述车辆状态信息,至少包含乘员信息以及环境信息,所述第一安全运算模块与所述第二安全运算模块位于所述运算处理芯片中不同的安全域中;运算处理芯片的车辆状态判断模块根据所述车辆状态,检测车辆状态信息;判断所述车辆状态信息不在安全阈值内,则确认车辆存在安全隐患;在确认车辆存在安全隐患时,进行应急处理并发出预警。
