The invention provides a vehicle dehumidification method which is applied to a controller of a vehicle and comprises the steps that temperature information and humidity information in a cab are obtained; under the condition that the temperature information and the humidity information meet the preset dehumidification condition, an air conditioner arranged on the vehicle is controlled to start the dehumidification function; and under the condition that the temperature information and the humidity information do not meet the preset dehumidification condition, an air conditioner arranged on the vehicle is controlled to stop operating the dehumidification function. Thus, the controller can control the dehumidification function of the vehicle air conditioner according to the temperature information and the humidity information in the cab, the humidity in the cab is controlled within a reasonable range, condensate water is prevented from being formed in the vehicle, and the situation that water enters a connector and automobile electronic components due to the fact that the condensate water drips on some plug-ins in the vehicle is reduced. Therefore, the stability of the quality of the vehicle is improved.
