The invention discloses a passenger compartment thermal comfort adjusting system and method, a storage medium and an automobile. The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle development, and solves the problem that an existing vehicle heating system is poor in thermal comfort. The system comprises a thermal radiation heating assembly, a human body thermal sensation sensing module, a human body thermal comfort dynamic adjusting module and an air conditioner module. The human body thermal sensing module is used for sensing thermodynamic data of an area where passengers are located in a passenger compartment and sending the thermodynamic data to the human body thermal comfort dynamic adjusting module, and the human body thermal comfort dynamic adjusting module analyzes the thermal comfort of the passengers and sends instructions to the air conditioner module and the thermal radiation heating assembly according to analysis results. The air conditioner module and the thermal radiation heating assembly are used for achieving thermal comfort adjustment through far infrared thermal radiation according to received instructions. The method and the automobile comprise the system. The invention can be applied to the automobile to improve the comfort of passengers.
