The invention discloses a rubber composition for aging resistance and fatigue damage resistance of a truck tire. The rubber composition comprises 100 parts of diene olefin rubber, 0.2-2 parts of a hydrazide derivative multifunctional modifier, 30-140 parts of a reinforcing filler, 0-5 parts of a coupling agent, 0.1-5 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 0.5-10 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 1-6 parts of an antioxidant and 1-9 parts of zinc oxide. The hydrazide derivative can form a complex bond with zinc oxide to generate a reversible network structure and play a role of a long-acting anti-aging agent, generated free radicals can be effectively quenched during thermo-oxidative aging or fatigue failure, the aging resistance and fatigue resistance of rubber are improved, and the service life of the rubber is prolonged. The rubber composition for the truck tire can remarkably improve the durability of the tire, increase the mileage, improve the abrasion surface state, improve the fatigue resistance and the thermal destruction resistance and reduce the problems occurring in the later use period of the tire.

    本发明公开了一种用于载重轮胎耐老化抗疲劳破坏的橡胶组合物,包括二烯烯烃类橡胶100份、酰肼类衍生物多功能改性剂0.2‑2份、补强填料30‑140份、偶联剂0‑5份、硫化促进剂0.1‑5份、硫化剂0.5‑10份、抗氧化剂1‑6份、氧化锌1‑9份。酰肼类衍生物可与氧化锌形成络合键,产生可逆的网络结构并起到长效防老剂作用,在热氧老化或疲劳破坏时能有效淬灭产生的自由基,提升橡胶的耐老化和抗疲劳性能性能,延长其使用寿命。本发明的载重轮胎橡胶组合物能够显著提高轮胎的耐久性,提高里程,改善磨面状态,提高抗疲劳和抗热破坏性,降低轮胎使用后期出现的问题。
