The invention discloses an automatic automobile lifting device and a control method, and relates to the technical field of lifters. Comprising a supporting beam assembly, a telescopic mechanism and an electric control box which are fixed to a working platform. The two supporting beam assemblies are arranged on the working platform in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the two ends of the bottom of each supporting beam assembly are each provided with a vertical air cylinder used for achieving the descending function of the supporting beam assembly. The telescopic mechanism is arranged between the two supporting beam assemblies, and the output end of the telescopic mechanism is connected to the ends of the two supporting beam assemblies correspondingly to drive the supporting beam assemblies to slide in the horizontal direction. The supporting beam assembly is further provided with an infrared sensor used for monitoring position information. The vertical air cylinder, the telescopic air cylinder and the infrared sensor are all electrically connected with the electric control box. The telescopic mechanism drives the supporting beam assembly so that the length of the lifting device can be adjusted, rollover accidents in the automobile lifting process are effectively avoided through the detection effect of the infrared sensor, operation is convenient and reliable, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车自动举升装置及控制方法,涉及举升机技术领域。包括分别固定在工作平台上的支撑梁组件、伸缩机构和电控盒;支撑梁组件包括两组,且左右对称布置在工作平台上,支撑梁组件的底部两端均设置有用于其实现降功能的立式气缸;伸缩机构设置在两组支撑梁组件的中间位置,伸缩机构的输出端并分别连接在两组支撑梁组件的端部,带动支撑梁组件沿水平方向滑动;在支撑梁组件上还设置有用于监测位置信息的红外传感;立式气缸、伸缩气缸、红外传感器均与电控盒电性连接。本发明通过伸缩机构驱动支撑梁组件使得举升装置长度可调节,通过红外传感器的检测作用有效避免了汽车举升过程中发生侧翻事故,操作便捷可靠,有效提高了工作效率。
