本发明公开了一种基于时空校准的3D激光钢轨廓型检测方法及系统。所述的3D激光钢轨廓型检测方法,包括使用3D激光扫描仪采集钢轨廓型图像数据;对采集的钢轨廓型图像数据进行时空校准,获得修正后的钢轨廓型数据;将修正后的钢轨廓型数据与标准钢轨廓型数据代入训练好的廓型检测模型中,获得廓型伤损得分;根据廓型伤损得分判断钢轨伤损情况。所述的3D激光钢轨廓型检测方法使用3D激光扫描仪采集钢轨廓型图像数据,将采集的钢轨图像数据进行时空校准,之后进行运算获得廓型伤损得分,依据廓型伤损得分判断钢轨伤损情况。整个过程不需要人工判断廓形是否存在缺陷,具有精准度高、检测效率高的优点。

    The invention discloses a 3D laser steel rail profile detection method and system based on space-time calibration. The 3D laser steel rail profile detection method comprises the following steps: acquiring steel rail profile image data by using a 3D laser scanner; performing space-time calibration on the acquired steel rail profile image data to obtain corrected steel rail profile data; substituting the corrected steel rail profile data and the standard steel rail profile data into the trained profile detection model to obtain a profile damage score; and judging the rail damage condition according to the profile damage score. According to the 3D laser steel rail profile detection method, a 3D laser scanner is used for collecting steel rail profile image data, space-time calibration is conducted on the collected steel rail image data, then operation is conducted to obtain a profile damage score, and the steel rail damage condition is judged according to the profile damage score. Whether the profile has defects is not required to be judged manually in the whole process, and the method has the advantages of high precision and high detection efficiency.
