The embodiment of the invention provides a battery pack high-voltage relay circuit fault diagnosis method and system and a vehicle, and the battery pack high-voltage relay circuit comprises a first battery pack circuit and a second battery pack circuit connected in parallel with the first battery pack circuit. The isolation relay is connected between the first battery pack circuit and the second battery pack circuit; the method comprises the following steps: controlling the isolation relay to disconnect the parallel connection between the first battery pack circuit and the second battery pack circuit; and after the parallel connection of the first battery pack circuit and the second battery pack circuit is disconnected, the first battery pack circuit and the second battery pack circuit are sequentially controlled to carry out high-voltage power-on processing and diagnosis. According to the embodiment of the invention, the isolation relay is arranged, so that high voltage generated after the first battery pack is closed and electrified can be prevented from influencing high-voltage sampling of the second battery pack circuit, and whether each high-voltage relay in the second battery pack circuit is effectively controlled or not can be accurately judged.

    本发明实施例提供了电池包高压继电器电路故障诊断方法、系统和车辆,所述电池包高压继电器电路包括第一电池包电路,与所述第一电池包电路并联的第二电池包电路,连接于所述第一电池包电路与所述第二电池包电路之间的隔离继电器;所述方法包括:控制所述隔离继电器断开所述第一电池包电路与所述第二电池包电路的并联连接;在断开所述第一电池包电路与所述第二电池包电路的并联连接后,依次控制所述第一电池包电路和所述第二电池包电路进行高压上电处理并进行诊断。本发明实施例通过设置隔离继电器,可以避免第一电池包闭合上电后产生的高压影响第二电池包电路的高压采样,有利于准确判断第二电池包电路中各高压继电器是否受到有效控制。
